Help - Codependency
Anyone else who experienced this? I am codependent to my mom. We live together so hindi maiiwasan na magkasama kami and such. I always approach her and unload my baggages to her before I do my stuff to the point na it's unhealthy na for her, for us. I'm not asking for general advice but some insights from those who had been codependent before too.
