Naka-WFH tayo today kasi may strike ang mga jeepney drivers at baka mahirapan tayong makabiyahe huhu. Super thankful talaga sa company na napasukan ko kasi considerate sila đŸ«¶ Balik na tayo sa lunch series hehe. Nagluto ako ng miswa with patola, ang sahog lang ay chicken breast for protein at boiled egg na malasado. Para sa fiber, gumawa ako ng ensaladang talbos ng kamote na may pipino, kamatis at sibuyas. Tinanggal ko lahat ng buto para hindi maging watery😁 . For dessert, may pinya at pakwan. Overall, healthy and balanced meal siya. May protein, fiber, vitamins from the veggies and fruits at perfect para sa energy natin sa work-from-home day. Mamaya after ng 6:30 shift ko, magra-run ako ng 15k steps.
