Wife of a Narcissist

Anyone here having the same experience as me? I married a narcissist and it's so hard to be excited about life. I always walk on eggshells because he is triggered by the smallest things. I feel my self confidence and identity slowly disappearing, I feel like I now just exist to provide his needs. Always overthinking, always anxious and always filtering my words. I'm so tired, but we have a kid and that makes it more complicated to simply just leave.
