Ever since nag alternate ako ng shampoo and conditioner (before) everyday and now every other day na and mas okay yung strand and bagsak lang siya and shiny. I've been doing this since 2019 and napaka ganda ng result. For reference lang Sunsilk green yung shampoo ko then creamsilk green din conditioner. #haircare #hairtips
