Do you believe in premonition? Or can it be considered a pre

I'm 56, working mom, and I was hired at my present job March of 2024. First it was a smooth sailing with work and co-workers. 2025 is when it all started. Slowly I began to see the real attitude of each one of them. Even discover something that i believe is not fair for the company and the rest of the employees. I talk to the Executive Secretary (he is actually our boss, next to vice chairman) and told him what I discover. Which he agree that it's not right. Fast forward, since I don't always agree with our coordinators especially when I know that it's their job to do and not mine that's when started I feel disrespected. One of my coworker even said "hindi mo talaga makakasundo ang mga coordinators kasi lagi ka nakasagot. Nasanay kami kay ****" na mabait at tahimik. I simply answer her na "hindi ako si **** at hindi ako mabait. Hindi ako aamen sa inyo just to please all of you. If i know that I'm right, paninindigan ko yon." She didn't answer back. After that incident, I told to myself that I didn't see myself retiring from this company. Now, I'm starting to plan to work abroad. Though I know that I have a slim chance, I always pray and ask God to let me have the chance. Not for me but for my two kids who's now in college. My salary is not enough to send them in college that's why I'm planning to work outside Philippines.
