Lunch Serye Day 24

Today’s office lunch is teriyaki chicken with mixed veggies. Syempre, may baon pa rin na 2 eggs, pipino at kamatis. May dessert din na honeydew and homemade Greek yogurt. Binili ko lang sa hypermarket malapit sa office and available din siya sa ibang groceries pero mabilis din ma-out of stock huhu If bibili pala kayo ng yogurt and you’re being mindful, better go for Real Greek Yogurt instead of “Greek-style” ones na may added flavors and sugar. Mas mataas protein ng real Greek yogurt, mas nakakabusog and good for gut health dahil sa probiotics. Hindi ko na rin nakain yung rice huhu sobrang busog na talaga. Overall, super satisfying and balanced meal.
