Creamy Tuscan Salmon
I cooked Creamy Tuscan Salmon for dinner 😊 - Salmon was saltier than the sauce which I like (I marinated it with salt and pepper 2hrs before cooking) - I will try to use fresh spinach next time - Its hard to remove the skin from the salmon but this one is cheaper compare to the ones w/o the skin - I like how I cooked the salmon here, its not raw-looking and doesn't taste fishy Not really a 'tipid' type of ulam but it's fine to try once in a while. Overall, it was good 💖 I ate a lot 😅
