Is it okay to throw up at night? My body rejecting my dinner for the past 2 nights

Please help me. I have GERD, is it normal?

Hi....its best to eat atleast 3 hours before you sleep... Avoid citrus foods, carbonated drinks, sour drinks/food....and huhuhu ung pinakamahirap...diet ....avoiding tight clothes too would help
