Night shift din ako for 3 years na. I'm combining intermittent fasting + caldef. I wake up around 12:00 noon and start my first meal at 2:00 PM, healthy snacks like fruits/salad at 5:00 PM before I prep for work, then eat my dinner at 9:30 PM. So far hindi na ako nagugutom ng 10:00 PM til mag out if my dinner is heavy enough (pero fit pa rin sa cal count). I eat my heaviest meal during dinner para may energy din ako sa work. 🫶🏼

one snaack thats low cal is cucumber!! Binababad ko siya sa suka with salt sugar and pepper tapos if i want to snack, yun kinakain ko.
