Depression and Unemployment

I've been diagnosed with CD, SAD and minor OCD during my senior highschool years and I've repressed that for a long time Hindi din nagtagal Yung help that I needed since mahal ang check up and meds. I survived college Naman despite bullying and People trying to tear me down. Been working since junior highschool though freelance lang, I've been raised independent Lalo na financial wise so Hindi naglalabas parents ko if need ko ng baon early out since kumikita Naman ako Ng Pera. Boom pandemic sakto 1st year college na ko and the world went to shit and so did my freelance work. Fast forward Graduating na ko, Narender ko Yung 1 year Internship to less than 6 months and since tatambak lang ako sa Bahay pinush ako Ng magulang ko na mag work na. My industry was Restaurant/Hospitality and I stayed with the place I interned about 1 year, 6 months. I realized I hated working in the field and resigned after a few problems at work with my co-workers though Hindi ako Yung problema, just my head chef na medj Gags. So now I'm almost 4 months unemployed, so far it's been quiet but I've been having episodes frequently now. Especially since nagkakaron Ng opportunity tapos hinihila lang sa paa mo. I almost had work this month but na block ako from the opportunity dahil Hindi nila recognize ang Digital ID as a primary ID so naghihintay ako Ng slot for other IDs and nag aaply na ulit ako sa Ibang companies. I've been feeling extremely down, Yung parang ayaw mo na umalis Ng kwarto pero kaylangan, dahil unemployed Hindi pwede naka hilata lang syempre, so house chores pinagkakaabalahan ko now. Today it feels overwhelming, my friends are all slowly moving away, and I feel left behind, Ang ironic Kasi ako Yung first samin na magka work and ako din Yung nag push and help them to get the work they have now pero nalulungkot din ako na one day ako nalang Yung matitira dito sa small town namin. Well...Hindi Naman to forever Diba..let's hope for the best.
