Anxious w schedules

hi guysss first post here! hope everyone is well 🍀 wanted to open up ab my partner and i. we study in the same building, but pursuing different courses. w/ that, we dont see eo in school anymore bc of different schedules and come the next week, we'll be super busy because of ojt and our approaching thesis defense we see each other often, but more often than not ako ung nag aaya bc my love language is quality time! nalulungkot ako when di kami nagkkita for a few days and sometimes i spiral din bc i get anxious over the simplest things my partner is a nice, driven man who loves me a lot, but sometimes i feel like di niya ko masyado napprioritize. but even w that thought process, naiintindihan ko naman siya bc in this point of our lives, iba naman dapat talaga priorities namin i wanted to ask sana if you have any advice on how to stay grounded! especially for people w/ anxious attachments like me. hope you have a good day :)
