Experiment muna tayo sa luto today 😆 Chicken breast na may repolyo, kamatis at okra para light pero filling. May Adobong galunggong din for extra protein. Goal ko today is mas mataas na protein at fiber para mas busog and mas sustained yung energy. Syempre hindi mawawala ang fruits para balanced pa rin ang meal, pang refresh at pang tanggal umay lang after kumain. Hindi kailangan fancy ang pagkain para maging healthy. Simple, lutong bahay at mindful choices lang everyday.
