Just sharing my weight loss journey. I’m a busy woman like many of you, trying to balance everything ---- bills, medicines, food, milk, and daily fares for four people. Because of that, I learned to keep my meals simple. One of my small secrets is eating two eggs a day, and if I still crave something more, I just add camote (sweet potato). Simple, practical, and it works for me.
