hello guys! couldn't sleep cz idk my mind can't relaxx, and turning the lights off is not helping since I can't sleep without light, i don't have any dim light w me ahuhu i just can't sleep and my eyes begging for me to sleep alr:(welppp? (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)
