Deserve natin mag pa massage. 💆‍♀️

It has been a long while since I had my body massage. Life has been super tough lately. Today, I was worn out, para na akong malalagnat. My back is aching, to the point na para na akong magkaka fever. My headache na ako and my neck is quite stiff. So, I went to have a nice massage. I'm feeling better now. Wala lang, naisip ko lang e share. Baka may mga mommies dyan who can relate. Don't be too harsh on yourself. Take a break and chill. Huwag din natin e deprive ang self natin. We need to pamper ourselves once in a while, especially when our body asks us to. 😍👌
