Losing Hope

Is there anyone here who are on their Early 30's or even Late 20's, but also TRENTAHIN (like me), who are dealing with life and trying to figure out how to navigate it? Been losing hope, I don't usually know how to ask for help kasi Baka iba na yung tingin sa akin. But as the youngest child sa fam, na ayaw na rin dumagdag sa expenses ng pamilya, and wants to survive life kahit papaano.. di ko na rin alam kung ano na gagawin ko. I do have a part-time job, pero parang feeling ko need ko ng 2 pa or 3 or maybe even Clients to work for to sustain myself. Pero at this point, Parang I'm losing hope na. 🥺 Di ko na rin alam kung saan ako Tutungo.. my mental health is at its peak na rin.
