For me, it’s the first one. Imagine being with someone for a long time only to be betrayed in the end. It hurts like hell talaga. Within those years, you have already dreamed, hoped, and planned a future with that person. You invested your time, your trust, and parts of your life believing that the relationship was something real and lasting. That is what makes the betrayal so painful to accept.

As someone who gives genuine love, I do not see the time I spent with someone as a waste. My love was real, and the effort I gave came from a sincere place. Kahit na I'll get hurt, in the end, what's important for me is that I was genuine. Even if the ending is painful, it does not erase the sincerity of what I gave. I believe that every relationship leaves something valuable behind. Sometimes it is a lesson, sometimes it is growth, and sometimes it is a deeper understanding of ourselves and what we truly deserve.

It may take time to heal, and the pain can be overwhelming at first. Still, I try to look at the relationship as part of my journey rather than a mistake. The love I gave was genuine, and that in itself is something I will never regret.
