Being a mom and a responsible wife

It's been a year when I resign to my work,now my hubby is keep on asking me to apply for work,but I can't understand if I'd like to work back to corporate world or just to stay at home because my daughter is just 3 years old and I'm afraid of what will happen to her if someone will take care because I don't trust anyone...I love doing some crafty works like making beads,clay and design also cooking which is one of my passion.i want to help my hubby but I'm introvert to start a small business or to sell my handy craft online..can you please give me some advice to motivate and please respect my post, Thank you
