Resign or stay 🤷🏻

Been working for this clinic for about 7 months. I should be regularized by now since its over 6 months na. I've provided all necessary requirements they need, but still no update. I already ask my supervisor for the update, pero she said na wala pang update ang HR. Recently they added more tasks for us which is not stated sa contract namin as admin. I only have 1 rest day per week, no leaves since need i-wait abg regularization. Super hirap magpaalam kapag may sakit and once nagprovide ng medcert parang di pa naniniwala. I'm not the only one complaining, marami kami. The management sucks 🙃 So help me decide 🥲
