If you want to move on, is it good if you will talk other guys just to distract yourself?

Talk to other guys? Hmmm... It could be okay as long as you don't have any eexpectations for the other guys, and neither do they. If that's like for company, or friendship, but if any intention for a relationship is involved, better not. You should not hurt someone or hurt yourself again over the new connections.
