Question

As a teacher, I really don't know how to set boundaries between my personal life and my profession. I love teaching but I also love my life. However, I always find myself getting hooked by paperworks.

Any suggestion on how can I lessen my time facing grading sheets and lesson plans?

Start by trying to follow a "do not bring work stuff to home" rule. I've been a teacher since 2011 and I've been following this rule since. Though mahirap sometimes, you just have to discipline yourself to prioritize work tasks and do them during time in school na wala ka lessons. Also, focusing on three main things to do in a day. And ngayon, maximize the use of AI. Pwede ka din magtanong kag ChatGPT ano magandang strategy. 😊
