Why I keep on daydreaming?

Maybe ,you want something in life that you still don't have that made you daydream that much. Daydreaming is fine, but too much is dangerous. Sometimes, it is better remind our self what truly the reality is to keep us intact.. Because at the moment, our mind is used to daydreams— it is possible that the reality and fantasy could unconsciously mixed up and you start to get confused because our mind is all a matter of practice. How we train our mind is how it will used to be. Also, it is a matter of environmental factor. (Further explanation, just reflect about it)
