Prayers and Signs

I'm not a Devout Catholic nor do I go to Church often. But I pray. Silently, every night, every morning when I wake. Pakiramdam ko dati parang wala namang nangyayari kahit nagdadasal ako. Parang walang nakikinig, or maybe my faith wasn't really that strong. Until I asked God for a sign that he listens. It was my daughter's birthday. I asked God for a nice, sunny day. He gave me what I asked for, even when it seemed impossible because that morning, the skies were full of big, dark clouds. But before 9 am, the skies were clear, bright, no signs of clouds at all. Ever since that day, every time I pray, I know that He listens. God is always good!
