Baked Salmon
Baked salmon make monday's special. By yours truly. Hubby's favorite ❤️ Sharing the recipe for Baked salmon 500g Salmon fillet 1 block cream cheese 5tbs japanese mayonnaise 1 pack frozen mixed veggies Lemon for garnish and marinate Bread crumbs 1. Pat dry salmon and marinate in lemon, salt and pepper for 5mins (you can remove the salmon skin if you want, but mine has skin) 2. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl. 3. Transfer the fillet on your baking pan skin faced down and cover it by the creamcheese and mayo mixture then top it with bread crumbs. use a foil to cover the pan 4. Put it in the over or airfryer preheated. 200 degrees celcius and bake it for 10-15mins 5. Cook your mix veggies in butter season it with salt and pepper 6. 5mins before the salmon cooks remove it from the oven and put the mix veggies in. Put it back in the oven without cover. Wait until the cheese and crumbs brown, you can also crank up the temp for more browning but monitor it so it wont burn.
