How to be consistent sa calorie deficit? I need motivation 🥲

Hi girl! Ako nag mi-meal prep ako usually yung mga veggies na talagang kinakain ko ang niluluto ko and we stay consistent sa pagbili ng egg, pag wala na bili na talaga agad. Tapos yung red meat iniwasan namin sya. Ganito daw dapat ang ratio ng nag cacal def:

1/2 of your plate veggies
1/4 rice or carbs
1/4 protein (fish, egg, chicken, tofu pero walang chicken skin and/or taba)

hi Conehead, what I do to stay motivated in pursuing my goal to be fit and lose weight,   I do it with a girlfriend who also aims the same thing as well. So talk with your friends and find that person with the same goals and go  exercise,  eat and have fun while on it!
