Ligate Cats Tips

I have two 8 month old female kitties who got ligate yesterday. Mukhang ok naman sila kasi nag aakyat baba sa bahay. But still kinda paranoid since open wounds. Any tips to take care of them and make sure gumaling nang walang problems? First time ko since i always prefer male cats at pinakakapon ko din. Di ko pwede ikulong kasi nag aaway sila and cant afford another kulungan. TIA!
