Steamed cabbage rolls, nakatipid na healthy pa 🥬🍽️ Perfect pang ulam at meryenda. Kain po 😋 #HealthyEats #ComfortFood My Simple Recipe: 1 Petchay Baguio ( palambutin sa kumukulong tubig, 20mins. ) Pork giniling ( pede rin yung naka lata ) Mince Carrot 🥕 Mince Onion 🧅 Mince Garlic 🧄 Ground pepper Salt (and little bit of sugar) Seasonings (magic sarap o betchin) (Tofu is optional kung gusto niyong mas dumami ang pampalaman at maraming makakain at ito ay dagdag protein din ☺️) Procedure : pagsamahin ang giniling, minced carrot-onion-garlic at pampalasa, no need igisa para less oily. Saka ito ipalaman sa napakuluang petchay baguio. Then steam... Ta-da may cabbage rolls ka na! 😋 For the Sauce: Soy sauce, oyster sauce, calamansi, and sili or chili garlic (optional) Yung nagawa ko po d'yan ay 11 rolls good for 2 person. ( Kasi 2 lang kami kakain 😅)
