Hi there, caught your message and I felt sad. 
First,  you need to look in the mirror and look at yourself and say "I am beautiful and special because.... think of good things about yourself,  physical , personality,  siguradong meron d ba!  Then say it again,  declare it to the mirror.  You need to appreciate yourself first and you'll see,  why you feel low. Is it you or is it the company of others affecting your outlook.  Then do things that will help you be positive like exercising,  you need nature hobbies and meet people with positive vibes!  Take care

It's not really about whether life is sad or happy, I think that mindset is very old na (my opinion lang po don't cancel me pls). For me po, I think we should not be okay na "life is sad or malungkot" I think we should think na "my life has been sad lately, let me reflect on what I've done for it to be that way, and let me think of a way for it to be less sad or more vibrant or lively" cause for me po, choosing to be contended and/or stagnant in the situation you're in should not be the way you live life, I think we should look for things to make it better (although I think naman na you're doing that already as it is natural for us humans to look for happiness as it is a human's ultimate goal based on philosophy), another good thing po is to surround yourself with good environment and good people, it helps very much po. I used to be sad all the time too, I could barely laugh with the people I was with since they were all very condescending towards me, once I let go of those people and met new people who get me and aren't judgy, I got better, I became happier. I wish you will find your happiness po. Idk if you're going through something or nasabi mo yan because of reflection like napagtanto mo lang hihi. Possible na tayo ang nagpapalungkot ng buhay natin. Pero dapat parating walang sawa na mamuhay na hindi malungkot kung hindi kuntento na lng..
