We were together for 3 whole years, every anniversary he cheated. (Hindi na talaga ako natuto, ang tagal ko bago natuto). We started dating 2020, our anniversary came, year 2021, he cheated on me with a girl from his school (yes we were ldr, I was in Manila and he was in Cebu). I never expected it at first since he had treated me so well, he would make time for me despite his busy schedule, he had practice for soccer, martial arts, debate, and he's really keen on keeping his valedictorian title. Seeing how good he treated me, I thought I won in life na, pero little did I know, he treated me so well just so I wouldn't find out he's cheating on me na pala. It wasn't for a very long time, more like a week or even less. He confessed because he was "so guilty" so being the gullible and too kind person I was, I forgave him. Year 2022 (his family moved him to Japan para he won't see the girl na na he cheated on me with, his best friend was studying in Japan that time so it was also convenient kasi someone can watch over him), second anniversary was coming up, I find out from his best friend na he was cheating on me again, different girl naman. His best friend saw him making out with her outside school. His best friend told me about it, I confronted him. He said na hindi nya sinasadya and it was just a misunderstanding kasi he was forced to do it. I ask his friend about it but he said it wasn't true since he was the one who pursued her. His friend also showed me a CCTV footage of them fighting, punching each other cause his friend asked him to stop whatever he has with the girl for my sake. (I owe my life to his friend for being there for me). He begged for forgiveness again and I forgave him again (unfortunately). Year 2022, June 26, 3rd anniversary was coming up, he moved back to Cebu with his friend. His friend caught him with his first girlfriend having a date sa mall. Before that went down, he had ghosted me for a month. No warning, no heads-up, just pure silence for a whole month. I was so torn since I couldn't talk to any other friends about it except his friend. He's also been out of reach for his other friends, they lived far from each other so they never got to see each other after moving back to Cebu. His friend tracked him down and confronted him about it. Then that was my last straw. I confronted him about it and he wanted to stay together but your girl had enough na already, so I broke up with him. During the healing process of the break up, I cried nonstop for 3 days, I couldn't eat, I could only eat small portions as I was still weak because of all the crying. My parents couldn't talk to me properly. As I was on the process of healing, I finally opened up to my other friends about what happened and they were very supportive of me breaking up with him, although it did also come with an earful of scolding. Through my process of healing I focused more on my acads, myself, and my friends. One of the most important person who helped me I would say was his best friend. He was there to comfort me every time I cried, he was there to give me assurance every time I got anxious and started to overthink, he was there to give me an answer every time I needed answers to my questions, he was there to give me support, his presence, his effort, his words. Having him beside me to guide and support me made me realize how lucky I was to have him as a friend. It's really hard to get by someone who's willing to do everything for a friend. After focusing on people that loved me, and on things that matter like my education, I also turned back to god, although I'm not completely religious but I do have faith in him. After 1 year and 4 months. I started dating someone again. I met him when I wasn't really looking for love since I know I already found love within myself and with the people I surround myself with. But it is true when they say love will find you in the most unimaginable scenario. It is meeting him that made me have faith in god again. He's kind, he's gentle, he's assuring, calm, comforting. He's always been supportive of my aspirations, even my weirdness. He's always there for me when I'm in need of help, he gives my hobbies a chance, he treats me in a way that just makes me feel loved. He'd even dry and brush my hair for me, cook for me, remove my makeup when I'm too tired to do it myself, carries me when I'm tired from walking. Hard to say. I am still moving on even if I was the one who broke it off. It's been about 3 years..still remembering some things..guess a 10 year relationship is hard to get off but still slowly moving forward out of it..that's just me for now.🙃

We were together 5 years. She cheated on me with her ex. We are both bi. We started to build a life together, had some investments and great plans to be nurses in Germany. It was in 2024 and i have not moved on to this day. The trauma is keeping me from anything.
