Lunch Serye Day 10
No more calorie counting muna today. Cheat day ko pero in a healthier way pa rin. Last year kasi kapag nag chicheat day ako puro kain sa labas, fast food at sweets. Tapos na-realize ko parang nawawala lang din yung effort ko buong week sa pagda-diet kasi pag cheat day wala na akong disiplina. So ngayon, no more fast food and sweets muna. Today’s lunch is still rich in fiber and protein (wala munang egg today, umay na umay na ako 🤣). Nagluto ako ng paksiw na salmon belly and tahong with lots of talbos ng kamote. May fruits din na pinya at papaya. 🤤 Uubusin ko lahat ‘to kasi later susubukan ko mag-run ng 15k.
