Hi everyone! I badly need your recos. Paano kaya mawawala tong acne ko caused by wearing helmet ng motor taxis? Mode of transpo ko kasi talaga yun everyday. Kaka checkout ko palang ng balaclava. Any skincare tips and recos?

try mo po gumamit ng mild facial cleanser and moisturizers po depende po kasi sya sa skin type nyo po eh but the best remedy is to use mild cleanser po 
coz it
fits any skin types po

You should have it checked. I have bad acne after giving birth i self medicate but dumami lang sila. After visiting a derma, she gave prescription facial wash, cream and moisturizer and it worked for me.

hi! i've been going to a dermatologist for years and i want to share what i have learned :) i'm only sharing what works for me, it's still best to consult your doctor. Here it is: You can try hypochlorous acid spray every after you wear a helmet since it eliminates the bacteria. Hypochlorous acid prevents acne caused by sweat and it is commonly used after workouts or when traveling to prevent breakouts. And then a salicylic acid gentle cleanser for active pimples. You can use it every night if you have oily skin and 1-2x a week if you have dry skin or as tolerated. Hope this helps

You might as well consult first for a derma since they can suggest various things especially for an acne like that, however for my suggestions, you might try glad2glow moisturizer (thr green one ehich is for acne) it really works well🥹💗

usually i spray alcohol or wipe with alcohol wipes after mag angkas. soap ko naman is neutrogena acne foaming cleanser tas belo pimple gel (b1t1)
