Has anyone here tried omurice? I mean, have you guys tried making it?

Ex-chef here, I tried making it a few times pero not enough to perfect it haha. Need mo ng magandang nonstick pan mga 8-10", yung smooth buong pan part walang parang kanto or kanal sa katawan(i hope that makes sense) tas technique and heat management talaga. If gusto mo matry madami naman youtube videos, I was able to make a decent one around my 4th try haha nung one time ginawa kong practice yung family meal namin sa resto that i used to work for.
