I agree na baka sa stress yan, ganyan din ako last months like pawalawala yung mens ko , tapos i tried yung hormonal imbalance drink sa tiktok yung banana melon, 2 sachets palang nagkaroon na ako, pero idk lang rin sa iba kasi madalas sabi nila hiyangan daw pero that's my 1st time drinking that and nag work naman

I have been irregular ever since. No PCOS din. When I was younger, my doctor told me na mag-rregular na lang after pregnancy. I have been pregnant twice na, pero hindi pa rin naman regular cycle ko.
