Lunch Serye Day 5
Back to work since Monday 🫶 So here’s my lunch today (my baon) 2 boiled egg(late ko na narealize, nakain ko na yung isa before I took a pic 🤣)- 140 Cal 2 kamatis- 45 Cal Pipino(half)- 30 Cal 7 pieces okra- 40 Cal 2 Kiat kiat orange- 70 Cal Half a big apple- 60 Cal All in all, around 325 calories! HAHAHA 😅 Medyo light ang lunch ko today pero okay lang kasi nag cheat day ako yesterday. I totally deserved this 🤣 Feeling healthy but still satisfied! 🫶 PS: The second photo is our office lunch(chicken wings from S&R) but I gave mine sa ka work ko and in return, she gave me half ng apple 🍎.
