Gumawa din ako ng ensaladang talong(prito sana bet ko kaya lang maabsorb nya yung oil, tataas lalo yung calories😆 so boiled na lang) Nag okra din ako and Mais. ‎ ‎Ginisang giniling: 928cal/3 serving (310 cal, isang serving yung nasa plate ko) ‎1/4Pork Giniling- 650 cal(pinakuluan ko muna then niluto ko sa sariling mantika) ‎2 small patatas- 150 cal ‎1 Small carrot- 25 cal ‎2 Small kamatis- 44 cal ‎1 Onion(half)- 14 cal ‎1 Oyster sauce(sachet)- 45 cal ‎ ‎Ensaladang talong: 75 cal ‎1 Medium talong- 35 cal ‎1 Small kamatis- 22 cal ‎1 Onion(half)- 14 cal ‎2 Kalamansi- 4 cal(sobrang liit 😆) ‎ ‎7 Small okra- 70 cal ‎1/2 White corn- 96 cal(taas talaga ng white corn 🥹 pero cravings ko kasi to hehe) ‎1 Small kiat kiat- 35 cal ‎ ‎Around 600 cal 😎 ‎ ‎God bless guys 🫶 #CalDefDiet #WeightLossJourney #Morewater #CountingCalorie
