2 days NC

I'm sorry for venting in here but let me be vulnerable for a moment. I've been broken up with 2 days ago and for the past two days all i've been doing is doomscroll. Its a 3 yr on & off relationship but i think this time would be the last one. Its weird. I am unable to cry since the breakup bu the heavy feeling dont leave me. I cant eat, i wake up at midnight from the pain but i cant cry. Usually during our breakups im breaking down by now, but this time i just cant. I've been wanting to reach out though. Its been tough 2 days. I miss him. Everything just feels empty now. Thank you for reading my vulnerability.
