Pleasing everybody

For so long ive been trying to win everyones side just to have a peaceful working environment but sad to say i ended up pleasing nobody. No matter what you do when people around you choose not to like you , well i finally realize i have to value my self more. Now im at peace whether they like me or not just loving myself more😊🥰
