Sharing my lunch today at the office! 😄 Meron akong baon na 3 boiled eggs at 1 big apple then lunch namin sa office is Kenny Rogers grilled fish fillet. 3 boiled egg- 204 cal 1 big apple(peel)- 105 cal Kenny Rogers Low calorie Grilled fish: *Grilled fish- 200 cal *Corn muffin – 0 cal (gave mine to a coworker 😆 normally 220 cal) *Mixed veggies- 80 cal *Garlic rice- 90 cal (half lang nakain ko pero full serving is 180 cal) Overall is 679 Some little things I did to make it work: Shared the muffin to save calories 😎 Ate half the garlic rice to stay in control Fruit + boiled eggs in my baon = easy & filling Mixed veggies add color and volume Simple, healthy and satisfying! ✨
