Should I go back to taking coffee again? I have acid though ka sad)):

Sakin nga butas na yung sa may lungs dahil sa acidity pero dahil coffee is life tuloy pa din. Hahhahah. Basta drink after meal. Wag masyadong busog, biglang kain like nalipasab tapos kumain, at wag masyadong light like skyflakes lang. ako sa morning lang at once a day lang talaga at isang large lang.  wag yung mega or more than 2 cups of coffee. Make sure din that you drink water after waking up then let it stirr on your body for atleast 10-15mins bago kumain. Dont slouch or humiga after kuman or magkape. And pag di na gaano mainit uminom nag water after coffee. Dont drink instant coffee to often kasi mataas acid non. I love sweet coffee like frappe kaya ayan inaral ko katawan ko. Haha!
