Easy Red Velvet Cookies!
Hellooo first post here! These cookies are good for 10 - 12 people depending if how much you rolled each (i rolled mine around the size of a 1/4 cup) ⢠One box of Betty Crocker Cake Mix (Red velvet) ⢠2 Whole eggs ⢠1/2 Cup of Oil ⢠Oreos, Cream Cheese, Marshmallow (Optional) ⢠White Chocolate of your choice ⢠Sugar 1st ⢠Mix all the first three ingredients (Cake mix, Eggs, and Oil) 2nd ⢠Add in your white chocolate to the dough (you could add in your oreos in this step but personally it wont make much of a difference to the finished product) 3rd ⢠(Optional) Chill the dough in your refrigerator so that the dough will be bit more solid and easier to shape 4th ⢠Roll the dough into balls and cover them in sugar 5th ⢠bake your dough in 10 mins or more at 350° (just until the dough is flat and the outer layer is formed) 6th ⢠let the cookies chill and you can now eat them! NOTES and TIPS: ⢠Pre heat your oven at 180° for a few mins before putting the cookies in the over and add oil/butter to your parchment paper and baking pan so that the cookies wont stick that much. ⢠And if they do stick leave the cookies to rest and harden a bit so you can easily remove them. ⢠If the cookies spread out of shape and turns into a "blob" take a round cup or glass and used that as a mold to make the cookies round and even sized (make sure you do this step before letting the cookies rest and cool down)
