Lately, I’ve been cycling more whenever stress starts piling up, especially after long, tiring days full of deadlines, nonstop notifications, and trying to juggle everything at once. These days, cycling doesn’t feel like a sport to me anymore. It feels more like my stress reliever. Feeling the wind, moving, and just breathing helps me calm down and reset.
