This jelly highlighter really surprised me in the best way. It’s super easy to apply and blend even with just my fingers. The glow it gives is that shining, shimmering ✨ glass-skin effect without looking heavy or chunky on the skin. What I enjoyed the most is the cooling effect! Ang refreshing niya talaga when applied.
