One kind thing a day

Healing doesn’t always look like yoga poses or therapy sessions but sometimes it’s just getting out of bed and brushing your teeth. Mental health isn’t a race, it’s a daily walk (and it’s okay to stop for snacks along the way 😅). 
Start by doing one kind thing for yourself today maybe journaling, stretching, or texting a friend.
 Treating yourself to a nice cup of coffee from a new coffee shop can also be one activity that you can try, even if you are just by yourself. Ang pinaka importante ay you made a step, you did one kind thing to yourself, at minsan hindi mo kailangang may kasama. Remember: tiny progress is still progress. You’re doing better than you think!
