It's okay, to not be okay

I’ve been reminding myself that it’s completely okay not to have it all together. No one’s happy 24/7 and that’s perfectly normal. 💗 These cute Octopus plushies really hit me with a reminder: we all have two sides. Some days, we’re the smiling blue Octopus, full of energy and joy and other days, we’re the pink one, quiet and just trying to get through. And both versions of us are valid. Whenever I’m feeling more like the “pink” Octopus, I’ve learned to talk about it instead of keeping it all in. Opening up whether to someone who truly listens or even through journaling makes such a difference. 🫶 Healing, I realized, really begins when you stop pretending everything’s okay and start being honest with yourself. It’s not weakness but it’s self-awareness and growth. 🌱 #HealingJourney
