Happiness in trying out something new :)
I am a fan of "free workshops" kaya tuwang tuwa ako everytime may mga events sa Circuit Makati. Trying out something new kahit gaano ka simple yan or ka complicated can really help in our mental health. Nakaka tulong ito na ma rewire ang ating mga neurons. Nakaka release din ito ng mga happy hormones. Pag in the zone tayo, imposibleng maka pasok ang mga negative and intrusive thoughts, so malaking bagay talaga sa nakaka experience ng anxiety and panic attacks ang mindfulness activities like coloring, cake decorating, beads, candle making atbp :) We don't need to spend a ton for these activities, sometimes we can just look around and may mga nag o offer ng free :) The next time you see free workshops or activities at the mall, try it, it will definitely be worth the time :) #mentalhealth #mindfulmess #selfcare
