Step by Step Fitness Goals š
Hii girlies! Before ako nag-join ng Pilates and yoga classes, walking lang talaga and some routines sa gym ang form of exercise ko kasi feeling ko okay na yun to stay active kahit simple lang. When I was still staying sa BGC, I loved walking around kasi relaxing siya and it helped me relieve stress and anxiety. It became my little way of taking care of my mental health, especially during times na overwhelmed ako. Honestly, nawalan ako ng full confidence sa sarili ko when I gained weight because of my PCOS and it really affected my mental health. Dumating ako sa point na parang hindi ko na kilala yung sarili kong body and I wanted to do something about it in a gentle way. Nung lumipat na ako ng work at naging hybrid setup na, nag-join na ako ng Pilates sessions kasi mas may time na ako and nakapag-save na rin ako for that. I wanted to focus on improving my flexibility and regaining my strength little by little. Nakakatulong din siya to release tension and clear my mind after a long day. I love how it makes me feel more connected with myself and boosts my confidence again. Slowly, Iām learning to appreciate my body and celebrate my small wins along the way š You can start small, and still win in life āŗļø
