Hiii girliiies!! 💞 Ako lang ba, or may ibang level talaga ng saya kapag nakakakain ka ulit ng street food after such a long time? 😭 I’ve been really trying to focus on eating healthy lately, so I’ve been avoiding anything fried or processed pero kagabi, di ko na napigilan HAHAHA. We went out just to buy isaw, BBQ, and puto bumbong, and honestly, it was such a simple but comforting moment. Plus, season na naman ng puto bumbong, which means malapit na din mag–Simbang Gabi, cozy vibes talaga! ✨ The moment I tasted that perfect mix of sauce and suka, I was like, “Goodbye diet muna HAHA.” But if I’m being honest, the reason I gave in wasn’t just about craving food. I’d been feeling stressed and mentally drained the past few days. That night, I just told myself, “Okay self, let’s pause and breathe.” And sometimes, that’s all you really need a small joy to remind yourself that it’s okay to take a break. It’s amazing how little things like this, eating your favorite comfort food, spending time with loved ones, or just allowing yourself to be can help ease your anxiety and calm your thoughts. 🌿 So yes, it’s okay to breathe, to rest, and to eat what makes you happy as long as it’s all in moderation.
