Bad H Coffee Bar in Santa Rosa!
Saw this cafe on Tiktok and from my friends’ IG stories and was super curious abt it! I really liked the aesthetics of the place based on their posts, so we’ve decided to visit and try out the place ourselves 😋. When we got there, the place was packed as hell. I think since it was around 8 pm already, it was peak hour and usually cafes get busy at night. I’d suggest going there at an earlier time if you want it less crowded. I think we waited for around 30 mins to get a table inside. We ordered their signatures Bad Shake (₱210) and Dulce De Leche (₱190), Red Velvet cookie (₱120), and their Burnt Cheesecake (₱130). The Bad Shake is a rich espresso with milk, mixed with their homemade jackfruit ice cream. Since it was mixed with ice cream, its consistency was really thick, almost like a milkshake. The coffee taste wasn’t that strong, but you can just add another shot of espresso if you like strong coffees. I’d rate it a 7/10 bc even tho it tasted good, it was still a bit pricy. For their Dulce De Leche, I was surprised when they served it bc it was so small?? It was disappointing bc it was like only half the size of the Bad Shake. Taste-wise it was good, their dulce was also homemade, and did not overpower the taste of the espresso. It was just the right amount of sweetness with a little bit of a caramel kick. But I’d rate it a 6/10 bc it was too small. I wasn’t a fan of their red velvet cookie bc I prefer moist cookies and it was just a bit too dry for me. Nakulangan din ako sa flavor niya and I don’t think it’s worth the price. But on the bright side, I really liked their burnt cheesecake. Its texture was more like of a tart, and the burnt top adds a toasty flavor that balances the richness of the cheese. Overall I’d rate the whole experience a 6.5/10. 💗
