I Am Stressed = I Need A Haircut 🥹

Hii girliies! From a straight long hair to medium layered hair because your girl is stressed in life lately 🥹 I don't know (but somehow I know) why I am feeling stressed lately. Sakto lang sa work, but I think sa life in general. I used to be an overthinker and anxious, but nalampasan ko yung phase ko na yun with the help of people who supported me. But ngayon, I don't know if bakit super down ako and low energy. Mas okay pa yung alam ko yung reason, but yung nakakatakot is yung walang reason or like hindi mo malaman alin sa mga nangyayari sayo yung dahilan 🥺 So kanina, I went out after work to get a haircut. Parang ang bigat na nga ng feeling mo, ang bigat pa ng buhok mo, ganung level! 🥹 Pero habang nagpapagupit ako, di ko naiisip yung mga isipin ko plus narelax din yung mind ko. Then, ang gaan na ulit ng hair ko, kaya napawork ulit ako pag uwi kasi parang nabunutan ako ng tinik HAHAHAHA Pero I just wanna say, if sometimes you feel like this din na di mo alam nagtitrigger sayo, make time to relax nalang for a while or do the things than can ease your mind. For me, ang magpagupit ang solution na pumasok sa utak ko. Then, I will deal with my feelings and emotions nalang ulit kapag mas nagkakaroon ng clarity. Just take a breather and live in the moment lang muna 💞 It made me realize how small acts like this can be a form of healing too. 💗 If you ever feel overwhelmed or mentally drained, try doing something that lets you breathe and be present whether it’s a haircut, a walk, or just some quiet time alone. You don’t always need to fix everything right away; sometimes, you just need to pause and let your mind rest. 🌿
