My Matcha Heart is Happy 💚

Every week, my husband and I make it a point to have our little “reset”. It has become our favorite ritual - a calm escape from the busyness of work and everyday errands. This Sunday, we had our reset at Matcha Tokyo, Parqal branch. As a matcha lover, I ordered their famous Matcha Sea Salt, which has a perfect balance of sweetness and earthy bitterness. My husband, on the other hand, had a Caramel Macchiato, which he said instantly lifted his mood. We shared a Tuna Sandwich, light yet satisfying, and it paired so well with our drinks. There was something about the cozy atmosphere and minimal aesthetic of Matcha Tokyo that helped us slow down and reconnect. We sat by the window, talked about random things, and just enjoyed the quiet. This is our simple way of pausing life for a bit, recharging together before another week begins. Every sip and bite felt like a reminder of how simple moments can be the most special.
